This holiday season, we take time to discuss on the power of giving back. In the manufacturing industry, this commitment extends beyond creating products—it’s about creating meaningful change. Like many in the Manufacturing industry, MepApps & MepServices make it our mission to support our communities through charitable giving, volunteering, and sponsorships, exemplifying the deeply rooted values that drive us.
Community Empowerment
Manufacturers serve as cornerstones of their communities, providing not just goods but also support to address critical needs. Whether it’s through sustainability initiatives, employee-driven volunteerism, or financial contributions, manufacturing companies foster a sense of connection and resilience that benefits everyone, we believe in this.
Our Contributions to the Community
We are honored to support many community initiatives that touch lives in different ways:
Local Church Volunteering: Our employees dedicate their time to several local churches, lending a hand to those in need and improving the communities that improve us. Including Tara Walters (MEP Bookkeeper) singing with her church.
Veterans of Military Wars (VFW) With several Veterans in our ranks and close to our hearts, MepApps & MepServices cares deeply about the welfare of Veterans. Among our very own are several served, Michael (South African Army, MEP founder), Travis (US Marine, MEP Engineer, who is also Kim's Spouse), Brandon (US Army & Navy, Arica's Spouse) and Keith (US Navy, Rachel's Spouse) all served, Rachel comes from a Marine family and Arica & Brandon's sons all three serve(d) the Navy.
Veterans for Child Rescue Veterans for Child Rescue’s mission to combat child exploitation and protect the vulnerable aligns deeply with our values of integrity and community. Arica (MEP Director of Operations) and Brandon’s empathy for children in unimaginable circumstances, as both parents and advocates, drives their commitment to supporting efforts that safeguard innocence, rescue children, and ensure a brighter future for the next generation.
Food for the Hungry The mission of Food for the Hungry aligns closely with our core values of compassion, collaboration, and community. We recognize that access to food is a fundamental human need and that hunger impacts families, economies, and futures. By partnering with Food for the Hungry, we aim to contribute to sustainable solutions that empower individuals and communities to thrive.
Hands of Justice: Kim (Director of Business Development) & Travis support this organization, which is dedicated to providing hope, empowerment, and resources to survivors of human trafficking. Hands of Justice offers a range of programs, including education, advocacy, survivor mentorship, and community awareness, to help individuals reclaim their lives and thrive after trauma. Operation Underground Railroad Arica and Brandon have long supported OUR, which focuses its energy on supporting trafficked and exploited children a mission that works hand and hand with Hands of Justice often.
